Cow and Calf Waterers - Efficient Watering Systems
Automatic cow and calf waterers

Cow and Calf Waterers Clean water is a key element of herd health. Our range includes individual and group automatic waterers, made from stainless steel, enameled cast iron, and safe polymers, ensuring reliability and safety for your animals. Special heating systems prevent the waterers from freezing during cold weather, ensuring uninterrupted water supply. We offer solutions from the leading German manufacturer SUEVIA, specializing in equipment for watering animals of all age groups.

Heated ISOBAC Waterer

The ISOBAC automatic waterer for cattle comes with a two-chamber bowl for two animals. Ideal for 30 dairy cows.

Installation on a concrete base

Reservoir with double side walls

Lower part fully insulated

Two-chamber bowl made of polyethylene for two animals

Does not freeze down to -20°C

With a constant water level: 34 liters/min at 4 bar pressure

Low water level and a large volume of flowing water (prevents the deposition of organic matter at the bottom of the bowl and the growth of bacterial cultures that accelerate the development of mastitis and diarrhea in calves)

Possibility of downward and forward drainage

Ideal for 30 dairy cows

Heating 100W (2 x 50)/24V

Used with a transformer (not included in the delivery)

Water inlet 1/2" from below

Dimensions: 96 x 45 x 42 cm (external)

Weight: 10.5 kg

Heated ISOBAC Waterer

Suevia 2.3m Plastic Thermo Waterer with Heating

Double-walled thermo bath made of high-quality UV-resistant polyethylene for floor installation.

Length 2.3 m, capacity approx. 160 liters

Robust construction and reliable insulation ensure cool water in summer and prevent freezing in winter

The bath with a sloping bottom and a large drain hole ensures quick drainage and cleaning of the waterer. The drain hole is closed with a plug

The waterer is equipped with the MAXIFLOW float valve, which provides a high water flow rate - up to 40 liters/min

It is possible to connect up to three additional high or low-pressure float valves, for example, for supplying water heated during milk cooling

The removable lid provides easy access to the float valves for adjustment and cleaning

Additional installation of a drain pipe (DN 125) is possible and is provided by the customer on-site

Suevia 2.3m Plastic Thermo Waterer with Heating

To prevent animals from jumping into the waterer, a protective arch should be installed above the waterer

The waterer's frost resistance is up to -10°C thanks to double walls and insulation

When installing the heating element, frost resistance in the valve area is ensured up to -30°C (already installed, included with the waterer)!

Additional Equipment for Frost Resistance up to -30°C:

Heating element for installation inside the waterer 24V, 180W (included in the kit). The electrical connection is made through a step-down transformer 230/24V (purchased separately). To protect against freezing of water supply pipes, dead-end water supply pipes are wrapped with a 24V thermal cord: length 2m or 3m. The thermal cord is connected to the heating element in parallel with the wires supplying voltage from the transformer. When connecting the thermal cord to water supply pipes with polyethylene pipes, make sure that such pipes are suitable for both cold and hot water. For optimal heat distribution (before wiring the thermal cord), polyethylene pipes should be wrapped with aluminum tape.

Additionally, it is possible to connect the waterer to a circulation water supply system in combination with a SUEVIA heating device

Suevia Group Tipping Waterer with Float Valve

Stainless steel waterer bath

Fixed connection to the water supply with an outer diameter of 3/4", no flexible plumbing required.

Connection to the water supply can be on the right or left when moving the valve to the right or left side.

High water flow rate when using the double float valve MASTERFLOW, water flow rate up to 40 liters/min, connection to the water supply with an outer diameter of 3/4", from the front.

The float valve lid opens and locks without tools (quick access to the valve).

Due to the shallow waterer capacity, water savings compared to a 200-liter waterer can be up to 25,000 liters per year (when cleaning the bath every 2 days).

Reduces the volume of liquid manure.

Animal-friendly bath shape, without sharp corners and edges.

The optimal height of the waterer provides easy access for animals to water.

The waterer comes with a galvanized frame for wall or floor mounting.

Additional Equipment:

Stainless steel protective boxes to protect the thermal cord from animal access (for all shallow waterer baths)

Protective box for water and electrical supply from the floor to the waterer (Article 131.0579).

Protective box for water and electrical supply from the wall to the waterer (Article 131.0580).
