“Swing Over” Milking Parlor
The Swing Over milking parlor is a more economical version of the "Parallel" milking parlor. Unlike the "Parallel" where each milking station is equipped with its own milking machine, in the "Swing Over," the machine is moved alternately from one side of the milking pit to the other. This significantly reduces costs and operating expenses with almost no difference in performance. The "Swing Over" also allows installation in narrow spaces with a width of 6.4 meters or more, making it an optimal choice for renovating facilities instead of using larger milking equipment like the "Herringbone."
The "Swing Over" milking parlor 2x16 can milk up to 140 cows per hour. It can be used with both fast (stall lifting) and sequential exit.

Milking Machine
Milking machines ensure high efficiency and milk quality, contributing to increased milk yield and cow well-being.
The Automatic Cow Identification System reads information from an electronic ear tag when a cow enters the milking parlor. Each cow has a tag attached to its ear, and when the cow passes through the identification antenna located at the entrance of the milking parlor or through a sorting gate (if available), it sends a signal to a reader device. This reader device then sends a message to a computer, which accurately identifies the cow.
The "Milk Manager" software provides easy access to comprehensive information about milk yield, milking time, veterinary data, cow sorting, and live weight. It controls and manages all the automatic systems in the parlor, improving overall performance. All data is presented in clear tables and graphs, and livestock managers can add the results of productivity monitoring to the program. Throughout the milking process, the control program monitors and tracks the condition of each cow. The program can fully control and automate the cow separation processes. Animals are sorted using robotic selection gates, and the sorting schedule can be customized according to user requirements, such as continuous stream separation or temporary separation of certain cows in a specific direction. The cow activity detection system, designed to detect heat in cows, also interacts with the program. When a cow is identified as being in heat, the selection gates can automatically sort such a cow during a user-defined milking session.
The Milking Point Control Panel displays several important indicators, including milk yield, milking time, somatic cell count in each cow's milk, and more. With a single touch, you can control animal feeding at each milking point, receive notifications about cows in heat, and manage the operation of sorting gates, separating animals for inspection or insemination. Additionally, the Swiftflo Commander display informs about freshly calved cows in the milking parlor, initiating milking into the milk line.
The Milking Machine has the capability of visually monitoring the milk flow through a transparent collector cover. According to research conducted considering the entire lactation period of cows, the Dairymaster milking machine allows for 5% more milk yield compared to other tested milking machines. The advantages of the milking machine are attributed to its components, including a specially designed collector, stainless steel teat cups, and super-elastic conical teat rubber. The teat rubber stands out for its exceptional performance and has the lowest slip rate among existing brands of teat rubber. The special conical shape and elasticity of the teat rubber, made from a special material, provide a milking mode in which the teat cup does not creep onto the base of the teat during milking, and the teat canal is not compressed. The milking machine maintains a stable vacuum during the milking phase (42-44 kPa in the teat chamber) and reduces it during the rest phase (down to 18-20 kPa depending on the milk flow). This contributes to faster milking and improved udder condition.
Innovative Receiving Bowls
Dairymaster receiving bowls are designed to improve the efficiency of the milking process, ensuring hygienic milk collection and ease of equipment cleaning.
Automatic Removal of Milking Machines
Dairymaster's system for automatic removal of milking machines reduces labor and enhances milking accuracy, ensuring gentle detachment of equipment after completion.

Receiving bowls provide the optimal positioning of milking machines during cleaning. The system is neatly concealed beneath the cow's location. Receiving bowls have a hygienic design, allowing for the inside and outside cleaning of teat rubber. Self-closing lids prevent dirt from entering during milking.
Automatic milking machine removal system accurately and sequentially tracks milk flow during milking. After milking is completed, vacuum supply ceases, and the milking machine is automatically detached from the cow's udder. The lifting cylinder is made of stainless steel, ensuring maximum strength and reliability. The automatic milking machine removal system can be easily configured using a milk meter or computer and includes a milk meter restart feature, allowing the meter to retain cow yield data in case the milking machine is accidentally detached or removed. The automatic milking machine removal system can monitor milk flow in two milk lines (main and divert) and allows for separation with a single button press.
Milk meters are certified by the International Committee for Animal Recording (ICAR) and the Dairy Herd Improvement Association (DHIA). The milk meter registers incoming milk based on weight (measuring weight, not volume or flow), making it the most accurate measurement system. The milk meter includes a milk sampling feature, fully integrated into the milk meter. The cleaning of milk meters is also optimized. Initiating cleaning on one of the milk meters activates cleaning for all milk meters.
Milk and vacuum lines, wash systems are made from stainless steel, providing strength and a long service life. Our milk lines' dimensions comply with the latest international standards. The use of stainless steel ensures easy cleaning and sanitation.

The system draws water into the tank and then pushes it into the milk line at a speed of 12-14 m/s. Turbulent flow of water is created in the milk line, allowing efficient cleaning of the milk line and milk receiver while minimizing the consumption of cleaning solution.
Automated Washing System ensures high-quality cleaning of the milking parlor on a regular basis. The automated washing system is fully integrated and controls the entire milking parlor washing cycle. It communicates with milking parlor equipment, including milk meters and automatic milking machine removal systems, to provide the best washing sequence. The automated washing system allows you to select different washing cycles with a single button press. The sequence of washing cycles is fully programmable and can be easily customized to user requirements. Preliminary rinsing before milking can be programmed for automatic start. A safety valve prevents the system from starting the washing process if the milking parlor is incorrectly connected to the washing system, preventing accidental entry of cleaning solution into the milk cooler tank. The presence of a built-in warning indicator allows timely notification of the user about incorrect system operation, such as low detergent levels, and more. The system is equipped with a rechargeable battery to save settings in case of sudden power loss.
Centrifugal Milk Pumps are manufactured using the latest technologies, materials, and developments. The milk pump is equipped with a multi-blade impeller, providing several advantages, including highly efficient and gentle pumping at various speeds, thanks to the unique blade design.
Milk Filtration System
The use of disposable filters ensures high milk purity, maintaining its quality and safety for consumption.

Milk Sampling
Milk sampling is done automatically and does not interfere with the milking process, allowing farm operators to focus on other tasks.
Milk Filtration System is made of stainless steel based on a sturdy frame. Disposable filters are installed to ensure optimal milk filtration. For larger setups, multiple filters can be used, and the system can be configured to allow filter changes during milking. The filter prevents foreign materials from entering the plate cooler and then into the milk tank, improving the efficiency of both the cooler and the milk tank.
Vacuum System uses rotary vane vacuum pumps, which are the most reliable in the market. The vacuum pumps are manufactured using the latest engineering technology, ensuring their maximum performance. When used with a frequency control system, vacuum pumps provide high efficiency and help significantly reduce energy consumption (by 50-80%). They feature a stainless steel belt guard. A safety float is included in the sanitary jar, ensuring automatic shutdown of the vacuum system in case of milk overflow in the milk receiver.
Pulsation System used in our milking equipment is recognized as a leader in terms of reliability, stable operation, and ease of maintenance. The pulsation rate and ratio are easily adjustable. Dairymaster uses a simultaneous milking system (4x0) - all 4 teats are milked simultaneously. In this case, it is possible to adjust the vacuum level to mimic calf suckling, resulting in: - Full teat canal opening, allowing for milking one minute faster than any other milking equipment. - Reduced risk of hyperkeratosis (thickening and roughening of the teat), improving udder health. - Animals enjoy the milking process, leading to increased oxytocin release, which can boost yields by 5% due to deeper milking. In paired milking (2x2), a constant high vacuum level is required, or else the milking machine falls off. The Dairymaster milking machine does not fall off or suck in air.
Milk Sampling and Collection are done in a safe, easily accessible, and clean location. The employee collecting samples does not interfere with the operator's work, as the milk sampling process occurs independently of the milking process. Milk sampling is inconspicuous to cows, eliminating the stress factor of unfamiliar people.
