Milking Cows
Three-time milking is carried out with a milking machine of the "Parallel Double" type, 2x16 (32 milking places, 32 milking machines), with a line for "non-marketable" milk (a discharge line that separates milk by grades during milking and allows different grades of milk to be delivered without mixing them in one milk cooler tank). It also has an automated system for dispensing mixed feed during milking for each animal based on individual daily milk yield (which allows achieving an average daily productivity increase of 1.6 liters of milk per animal and saving 1 kg/day of concentrates per animal), and a system for washing each milking machine after milking each cow.
Performance: about 350 heads/hour.
Operating personnel: 2 hours/shift.
Water consumption per one wash: 2400 liters.
Power consumption: 55 kW/h.
The complex is equipped with the following set of milking equipment:
Stall Equipment
The design allows each animal to occupy a specific place, making loading the stable easier and faster. When all the cows are milked, the stall gates rise, freeing up space for all the animals to exit simultaneously. The stall design promotes calmer behavior in cows during milking.
The edge trimming of the milking pit from galvanized steel reduces water usage and significantly speeds up the cleaning process of the milking parlor.

Milking System
Our milking machines use a simultaneous pulsation system (4x0), where all four teats are milked simultaneously. Thanks to this, a larger portion of milk is collected in the collector for each milking cycle, allowing for a 5% higher milk yield from the same animals compared to the traditional system (2x2).
Due to the "floating" vacuum level, milking machines with simultaneous pulsation provide faster milking by approximately 1 minute per cow on average, while ensuring a complete rest phase for the teats. This prevents udder irritation and animal health issues.
The milking machine, made from high-strength hygienic materials, allows for high yields, animal comfort, fast milking, and low teat slippage. All of this leads to a healthier herd and increased profits for customers.

Automatic Milking Machine Detachment System
The automatic milking machine detachment system continuously monitors the milk flow during milking. When milking is complete, the vacuum is turned off, and the milking machine is disconnected from the cow.
Pulsation System
The digital pulsation system provides a gentle massage to the udder teats, with the vacuum level at the end of the teat system being practically similar to the way a calf sucks on the udder. Our pulsation system is recognized for its reliability, stable operation, and ease of maintenance.

Main Milk Line
Stainless steel milk pipeline Milk receiver with level control system The advantage of the milk receiver with a transparent dome-shaped cover is the ability to see the milk inflow and the cleaning process of the milk receiver.
Milk Pump
Centrifugal milk pumps are equipped with a multi-blade impeller, providing several advantages, including highly efficient pumping at different speeds due to the unique impeller design and gentler milk transport.

Stainless Steel Milk Filter
The filter prevents foreign materials from entering the plate heat exchanger and further into the milk tank, thereby improving their efficiency.
