Milking Cows
Three-time milking is carried out with a milking unit of the "Parallel Double" type 2x16 (32 milking places, 32 milking machines) with a line for "non-productive" milk (a discharge line that separates milk by categories during milking and allows different categories of milk to be delivered without mixing it in one tank cooler) and an automated (using computer feeding control software) system for dispensing mixed feed during milking for each animal based on its individual daily milk yield (allows achieving an average daily productivity increase of 1.6 liters of milk per animal, saving 1 kg/day of concentrates per animal), a system for rinsing each milking machine after milking each cow.
Performance: approximately 350 head/hour.
Operating personnel: 2 shifts.
Water consumption per rinse: 2400 liters.
Power consumption: 55 kW/h.

Stall Equipment
The design allows each animal to occupy a clearly defined place, making loading of the hall easier and faster. When all cows are milked, the stall gates are lifted, freeing up space for all animals to exit simultaneously. The stall design promotes calmer cow behavior during milking.
Curb Bordering Zinc-coated steel curb bordering of the milking pit reduces water usage and significantly speeds up the milking parlor cleaning process.

Milking System
Our milking machines use a simultaneous pulsation system (4x0), where all four teats are milked simultaneously. Thanks to this, a larger portion of milk is delivered to the collector during each milking cycle, allowing for a 5% increase in milk yield from the same animals compared to traditional systems (2x2).
Thanks to the "floating" vacuum level, milking machines with a simultaneous pulsation system allow, on one hand, to complete milking about 1 minute faster on average, and on the other hand, to provide a full rest phase for the teat, ensuring stress-free milking of the cow, preventing udder irritation and animal diseases.
The milking machine, made of high-strength hygienic materials, allows for high yields, animal comfort, fast milking, and low teat slippage. All of this, in turn, leads to a healthier herd, increasing the profitability of clients.

Automatic Milking Machine Removal System
The automatic milking machine removal system constantly monitors the milk flow during milking. When milking is completed, the vacuum is turned off, and the milking machine is disconnected from the cow.
Pulsation System
The digital pulsation system provides a gentle massage to the teats of the udder, ensuring that the vacuum level at the teat end is almost identical to the way a calf sucks the udder. Our pulsation system is recognized as a leader in terms of reliability, stable operation, and ease of maintenance.

Feeding
From the feeding table. Proper feed mixture enhances the beneficial properties of each component. We compensate for the lack of nutrients in one feed with an excess of nutrients in another. This way, the animal receives a complete range of necessary substances.
Watering
Tray-type drinkers with water circulation, providing a water temperature for animal watering not lower than 15°C in winter. Animal watering is done with drinking water from group tray-type automatic drinkers with circulation and water heating.
Manure Removal
Manure removal is carried out by automated scraper installations into a manure pit that provides 10-day storage. After that, the solid fraction is unloaded by a front loader onto a field manure storage (included in the kit) and transported to field manure storage facilities.
Timely manure removal is one of the mandatory conditions for maintaining a favorable microclimate for animals in livestock farm buildings. This significantly improves the air quality by reducing the ammonia content, thus ensuring cleanliness and comfortable conditions for cows.

Corn Seeder
Pneumatic universal precision 6-row seeder (for corn sowing), inter-row spacing 75 cm, with disc coulters of the seeding section – can be attached to MTZ 82 (80 hp). Equipped with disc/anchor coulters for fertilization, a seeding control system for each row, control of the number of seeds per hectare, hectare counter, seeding distance indicator, and row exclusion.

Grain Seeder
Mascar unit is designed for sowing all kinds of seeds, sized from 1 to 10 mm (flax, wheat, rye, barley, oats, peas, lupine, vetch, soy, sorghum, rapeseed, clover, ryegrass, alfalfa, clover, etc.), both on minimally processed soils and directly without prior preparation (on stubble). Can be attached to MTZ 3022.

Baler
MS-120 – compatible with MTZ 1221 (120 hp). Balers by "Mascar" with increased compression are designed for collecting rolls of hay, straw, and silage, pressing them into bales with subsequent wrapping with twine or netting. The baler is made under the license of Feraboli S.p.A. This technology allows wrapping bales in film after pressing for longer preservation of feed nutrients. The baler forms bales with a diameter of 120 cm. It presses not only hay and straw but also dried mass with moisture content up to 50%.

Bale Wrapper
Wrapper with film tensioner for circular motion. The machine with two driven rollers allows wrapping even poorly formed bales. It is easy to maneuver and suitable for small spaces and hilly terrain, for work in limited or hard-to-reach areas. Excellent results are achieved on steep slopes. It can wrap bales with a diameter of 100 to 500 cm and a weight of up to 1000 kg. Loading and unloading of the bale occur smoothly, thanks to the opening and closing of the rollers.

Grain Crusher
The hammer grain crusher is designed for grinding seeds of rye, wheat, barley, corn with a moisture content of up to 50%, as well as finely ground corn silage in accordance with zoohygiene standards – without loss of protein. This technology is an excellent alternative to drying and crushing grain, processes that require high labor and energy costs. The mill is highly reliable and ensures complete operator safety.

Straw Shredder
Straw and hay distributor for preparing bedding and feeding animals. Thanks to two mechanically driven shafts, it allows easy splitting of any type of product used: round and square bales of hay or straw, various packaging with moist straw and hay.
