Milking Machine
Milking machines provide high efficiency and quality of milking, contributing to increased milk yields and improved well-being of cows.
Automatic Identification System reads information from an electronic ear chip as a cow enters the milking parlor. The chip is attached to each cow’s ear, and as the animal passes through the identification antenna located at the entrance to the milking parlor, or through the selection block if available, it sends a signal to the reading device, which in turn sends a message to the computer, accurately identifying the cow.
Milk Manager Software provides easy access to complete information on milk yields, milking time, veterinary data, cow sorting, and live weight, and controls and manages all automatic systems of the parlor. All data is entered into clear tables and graphs, and the livestock manager has the opportunity to add to the program the results of monitoring productive indicators. During the entire milking process, the management program controls and tracks the condition of each cow during milking. The program can fully control and automate cow separation processes. Animals are sorted using robotic sorting gates, and the sorting schedule can be adjusted depending on user requirements, for example, constant separation of streams or temporary separation of certain cows in a specific direction. The cow activity detection system, designed to detect 'heat' in cows, also interacts with the program. When a cow is identified as being in 'heat,' the sorting gates can automatically sort such a cow during the milking set by the user.
Milking Station Control Panel displays a number of important indicators such as milk yield, milking time, the number of somatic cells in each cow's milk, and much more. With one touch, you control the feeding of animals at each milking station, receive a message about a cow in heat and manage the operation of the sorting gates, separating the animal for inspection or insemination. In addition, the Swiftflo Commander display informs of fresh cows in the milking parlor, initiating milking into the diversion milk line.
Milking Machine allows for visual control of the milk flow through the transparent cover of the collector. According to scientific research conducted over the full period of a cow's lactation, the Dairymaster milking machine allows for a 5% higher milk yield compared to other tested milking machines. The advantages of the milking machine are determined by its components, including: a specially designed collector, stainless steel cup liners, and super-elastic conical teat rubber. The teat rubber is exceptionally high-performing, has the lowest level of slippage among existing teat rubber brands. The special conical shape and elasticity of the teat rubber, made from a special material, ensure a milking regime that does not cause the cup to climb the base of the teat during milking, and the teat canal is not pinched. The milking machine provides a stable vacuum during the milking phase (42-44 kPa in the teat chamber) and reduces it during the rest phase (to 18-20 kPa depending on the milk flow). This contributes to faster milking and improved udder health.

Milk Lines and Washing Systems
Dairymaster's stainless steel components ensure durability and reliability of milk lines and washing systems, contributing to maintaining high hygiene standards on the dairy farm.
Receiver Cups ensure the milking machines are optimally positioned during washing. The system is neatly concealed beneath the cow standing area. Receiver cups feature a hygienic design - allowing both the inside and outside of the teat rubber to be washed. Self-closing lids prevent dirt from entering during milking.
Automatic Detachment System for Milking Machines accurately and consistently monitors the flow of milk during milking. After milking is complete, the vacuum supply stops, and the milking machine automatically detaches from the cow's udder. The lifting cylinder is made from stainless steel, ensuring maximum strength and reliability. The automatic detachment system for milking machines is easily adjusted using a milk meter or computer and features a milk meter reset function, allowing the meter to retain yield data if the milking machine is accidentally dropped by a cow or removed. The system can monitor milk flow in two lines (main and diversion) and allows for milk separation at the press of a button.
Weight Milk Meters are certified by the International Committee for Animal Recording (ICAR) and the Dairy Herd Improvement Association (DHIA). Milk registration in the meter is based on weight (not volume or flow) – the most accurate measurement system. The milk meter includes a sample taking system. This feature is fully integrated into the milk meter. The washing of milk meters is also optimized. Initiating washing in one milk meter triggers the washing of all meters.
Milk lines, vacuum lines, and washing lines are made from stainless steel, ensuring durability and a long service life. The dimensions of our milk lines conform to the latest international standards. The use of stainless steel ensures easy cleaning and sanitary maintenance.

Milk Receivers are manufactured from stainless steel with side dome-shaped viewing windows made of transparent food-grade plastic to visualize the milk entering the receiver. Milk receivers can vary in size depending on the milking parlor.
The Reactive Washing System is an effective system for washing milking installations of any type and size. The system is managed by a washing automat and comes with a capacity air injector. It fills the capacity with water and then propels it into the milk line at a speed of 12-14 m/sec. This creates turbulent water flow in the milk line, allowing for effective washing of both the milk line and receiver while minimizing the use of washing solution.
The Washing Automat ensures quality washing of the milking parlor on a regular basis. Fully integrated, the washing automat controls the entire washing cycle of the milking parlor. It maintains communication with the milking parlor equipment, including milk meters and the automatic detachment system, to ensure the best washing sequence. The washing automat allows for the selection of various washing cycles at the press of a button. The sequence of washing cycles is fully programmable and can be easily adjusted to user requirements. A pre-rinsing before the start of milking can be programmed for automatic initiation. A safety valve prevents the system from starting the wash if the milking parlor is incorrectly connected to the washing system, avoiding accidental introduction of cleaning solution into the milk cooling tank. The presence of a built-in warning indicator timely informs the user of incorrect system operation, for example, low levels of cleaning agents, etc. The system is equipped with a rechargeable battery to save settings in the event of a sudden power outage.
Centrifugal Milk Pumps are manufactured using the latest technologies, materials, and designs. The milk pump is equipped with a multi-blade impeller, offering several advantages, specifically high-efficiency gentle pumping at various speeds, thanks to the unique blade design.

Milk Sampling
Milk sampling is automated and does not affect the milking process, allowing the farm operator to focus on other tasks.
Milk Filtration System is constructed from stainless steel based on a sturdy frame. A disposable filter is installed to ensure optimal milk filtration. For larger installations, multiple filters can be used and the system can be configured so that filters can be changed during milking. The filter prevents foreign materials from entering the plate cooler and further into the milk tank, enhancing the efficiency of both the cooler and the milk tank.
Vacuum Installation uses rotary-vane vacuum pumps, the most reliable on the market. The vacuum pumps are engineered to provide maximum performance. When used with a variable frequency drive system, the vacuum pumps offer high efficiency and help to significantly reduce energy consumption (by 50-80%). They have a protective belt casing made of stainless steel. A safety float is included in the sanitary trap, providing automatic disconnection of the vacuum system when the milk receiver is overfilled with milk.
Pulsation System, used in our milking equipment, is recognized for its reliability, stable operation, and ease of maintenance. The frequency and ratio of pulsation phases are easily adjustable. Dairymaster uses a simultaneous milking system (4x0) - all 4 teats are milked at the same time. In this case, it is possible to change the vacuum level, simulating the sucking of the udder by a calf, resulting in: The teat canal opens fully, providing milking one minute faster than any other milking equipment. Reduces the risk of hyperkeratosis (thickening and roughening of the teat), improving udder condition. Animals enjoy the milking process. As a result, more oxytocin enters the bloodstream, allowing a 5% increase in yields due to deeper milking. With paired milking (2x2), a consistently high vacuum level is necessary, otherwise, the milking machine falls off. The Dairymaster milking machine does not fall off and does not suck in air
Milk Sampling and Registration, is performed in a safe, easily accessible, and clean place. The employee taking samples does not interfere with the operator's work, as the sampling process occurs independently of the milking process. Milk sampling is imperceptible to the cows. Therefore, it eliminates such stress factors as the presence of strangers.

The central control panel allows the operator to control all functions of the carousel, feeding system, and automatic aligner (if necessary). All control elements are housed in stainless steel casing with the ability to manually control automated systems such as feeding system, platform forward and backward movement, and rotation speed.
The central distribution collector enables control of vacuum, milk transport, electrical power, communication, water supply, compressed air, and connection to milk outlets through the central control point.
Automatic entrance gates ensure smooth and uniform loading of the "Carousel," allowing cows to enter the platform freely, admitting only one animal at a time to avoid double-cow registrations.
The platform emergency stop system is designed for rapid platform shutdown. When activated, the platform stops immediately. Such stops can be made when a cow cannot enter or exit the platform. When the obstacle is removed, the platform automatically resumes its movement.
The bracket for positioning the milking apparatus holds the milking apparatus in the optimal position behind the cow, making it easier for the operator to put it on the udder and ensuring easy entry and exit of cows from the platform. It protects hoses from twisting.

In “Cow Rotary” type milking parlors, up to four different types of feed can be dispensed depending on the physiological stage of the animal.
Milk Diversion Line (automatic milk sorting system) allows for sorting milk by types during the milking process, enabling the sale of milk by different types at different prices. It also eliminates the need for investment in the construction of a milking parlor separation room and the purchase of milking and refrigeration equipment for it, as all animals are milked in the main milking parlor. It allows avoiding the creation of a special group of mastitis animals. In “Cow Rotary” type milking parlors, a secondary milk line can also be used (simultaneously milk can be separated into 3 types) to separate milk with, for example, increased protein or fat content.
The Milking Machine Disinfection System automatically rinses each milking machine with a disinfecting solution after each cow, eliminating cross-contamination of animals in the milking parlor using the same milking machine. Reducing the somatic cell count increases the level of payment for milk quality and improves herd health.
The Selection Block can separate cows in two, three, and more directions. Directions for individual cows can be set from the milking pit using a milk meter control panel, or in automatic mode based on previously entered information into the herd management system. Automatic Milking Machine Start automatically activates the milk meter and auto-detachment system when the milking machine is lifted, thus relieving the operator from the need to press any buttons to start milking. This function saves operator time and aligns with our goal of making the milking process easier and faster.
Stainless Steel Plate Heat Exchangers allow for milk cooling in the flow, even before entering the refrigeration tank, down to 4 degrees Celsius. This is an ideal way to quickly lower the milk temperature immediately after milking. Cooling efficiency can be improved by using it in conjunction with a milk flow rate controller.
Cow Retention System is lowered behind the cow, preventing its possible exit from the platform until the cow is fully milked. The “Cow Rotary” itself does not stop during this time required for complete milking and the cow's exit from the platform. The system accurately detects empty milking places and cows that remain on the second round. Intelligent software compares the cow's yield with previous data, and if there are significant deviations, the retention frame does not release the cow from the platform, directing it to the operator for re-attachment of the milking machine.
